ARE YOU ALL INCLUSIVE ?

No we are not all inclusive. We do require you to set up, decorate, and clean up your wedding. We do have a wonderful decor closet that is accessible to you, and we break down tables and chairs at the end of the evening. 

DO YOU REQUIRE US TO USE SPECIFIC VENDORS / CATERING ?

No, we do not require you to use a specific vendor / caterer. We are very relaxed, and even allow you to bring in your own food. We do have a wonderful preferred vendor list that you are welcome to use, but not required to use.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE VENUE ?

We include 300 chairs, 14 rustic benches (seats 50 to 70 guests), 20 / 60" round tables, 4 / 6' rectangle tables, wooden serving tables, decor closet, whiskey barrels, bridal & groom suites, wedding pavillion tent, lodge, playground, waterfall, arch & wood platform, elegant backdrop stage with sliding doors, 6 ceremony sites to choose from, 2 reception sites to choose from, and a golf cart.

IS YOUR VENUE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, our bridal & groom suites are handicap accessible as well as our ceremony and reception spaces. We have a family / handicap accessible restroom on site. A golf cart is assigned to someone of your choosing to help escort handicap and elderly guests to the ceremony site.

WHAT ARE YOUR SMOKING & ALCOHOL REQUIREMENTS ?

We have one designated smoking area. We do allow alcohol. The venue does not supply alcohol.

DO YOU SUPPLY TABLECLOTHS/LINENS?

No, we do not supply tablecloths / linens.

CAN WE PAY FOR ADDITIONAL HOURS TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER ?

So sorry, no. Our 10A.M. to 11P.M. rental is a set time frame, and we do not make exceptions.
